Chefs, artists invited to compete in ice sculpting
Entry forms are being accepted for Hawaii’s only international ice-sculpting competition.
All Hawaii chefs and artists are invited to participate in the Nov. 11 event in Lahaina on Maui. The Lahaina Cannery Mall will again host the competition.
The 90-minute, head-to-head competition will be judged by an industry professional and has a $1,000 cash prize for the top finisher and $500 for the runner-up.
The competition is limited to the first 10 professionals who respond. All interested parties must sign up prior to Oct. 31.
