Nakoa sign-ups

Waiakea Nakoa is holding sign-ups for tackle football from 4-6 p.m. today at Malama Park.

Participants can pick up registration forms or bring the following: physical forms (Page 2 must be completed by doctor); player contract; copy of birth certificate; one photo; copy of current medical card; copy of fourth-quarter report card from last school year; registration fee.

All requirements must be received in order to start practice.
