Waiakea graduates earn national honors

Waiakea had six 2012 graduates recognized by the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association for their academics and sports participation.

Lauren Hill, Katie Torigoe and Kara Paulachak earned All-American honors in water polo and swimming, and they were joined by swimmers honorees Erin Yoshida, Patrick Peng and Dane Sako.

All six will be continuing their educations this fall at universities.
