Poet Michele Dalton will present “Thy Neighbor/Thy Self” — a one-man poetic theatrical bringing together the disciplines of poetry, stage acting, music and monologue — at 7 p.m. Fridays, May 18 and 25, at Le Magic Pan Restaurant at 64 Keawe St. in downtown Hilo.
The program was created and written by Dalton, a veteran performer of more than 35 years, who says his current body of works “is a very interesting journey through the human experience and will prove to be entertaining, uplifting, insightful and very powerful.”
Making the opening remarks for the event will be painter, poet and author Tomas Belsky of Hilo. For more information, please call Dalton at 238-1413 or Le Magic Pan at 935-7777.
