The hearing was set to start Tuesday, but was pushed back to May 10 in Third Circuit Court.

The 40-year-old Volcano woman allegedly struck Brody Winslow, 20, last Wednesday while he rode his bike on Kinoole Street. He was pronounced dead at Hilo Medical Center 45 minutes later.

Taylor is charged with negligent homicide, accident involving death or serious injury, failure to provide information or render aid, driving with a suspended license and inattention to driving.

She was bailed out of jail last Friday.
