Police are searching for 39-year-old Eliza Varios of Hilo, who has been reported as missing since Feb. 28. She is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, 168 pounds with brown eyes and shoulder-length black hair.
She may be in the company of 46-year-old Honorato Pardua, also of Hilo, and they may be on the island of Kauai.
Police ask that anyone with information on her whereabouts call the Police Department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.
Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000. Crime Stoppers is a volunteer program run by ordinary citizens who want to keep their community safe.
