Hawaii police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Carl Cadavona, 40, of Hilo.

He is wanted for a domestic incident resulting in charges of abuse and unlawful imprisonment.

He is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, 230 pounds, with short, black hair, brown eyes, and a tan complexion.
