KUALA LUMPUR — Capital Asia Group Pte Ltd., a Singapore-based marketing company specializing in retailing real estate development investment products, announced the launch of its latest development land investment product, Ho‘olei (Crown of Flowers) on the northwestern coast of the Big Island.
According to Capital Asia Group spokesman Hezrin Ali, “Ho‘olei is 21.87 acres of approved development land fully owned by Aina Le‘a Inc., to construct 70 single-family luxury homes with 2,800 undivided land fractions for sale to mostly to individual investors in Asia.”
