The University of Hawaii at Hilo men’s basketball team has endured some rough times this season, but the Vulcans will try to finish on a high note tonight at Chaminade.
UHH sent its seniors out with a bang Thursday night, beating Hawaii Pacific 81-73 to end a four-game losing streak.
Terrell Mack scored 25 points for the Vulcans (9-16, 3-14 Pacific West Conference) and senior Dirk Snel added 12.
It was also the final home game for seniors Zach Wilde (10 points), Joshua Figueroa, Vince Sanekane and Nick Kanno.
The Lady Vulcans face Chaminade at 5 p.m. tonight in Honolulu, followed by the men’s game at 7:30 p.m.
