Visitation 8-10 a.m. Sunday at The Gospel of Alpha &Omega Church, 667 Kekuanaoa St., Hilo. Memorial service at 10 a.m. Scattering of ashes to follow. Casual attire. Everett “Bully” Spencer, 82, of Hilo died June 21 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Laupahoehoe, he was a retired heavy equipment operator for the former M. Survived by wife, Amy E.
