WAILUKU, Maui (AP) — A Kula man who crashed his motorcycle in Pukalani died from his injuries.
Russell Szabo, 50, died Friday at Kaiser Medical Center on Oahu.
Maui police said Szabo and a passenger shortly after 7 p.m. June 7 were driving north on Old Haleakala Highway, when Szabo lost control of the motorcycle, crossed the centerline and struck a curb.
The 45-year-old female passenger suffered non-life threatening injuries and was treated at Maui Memorial Medical Center.
