Manowai O Hanakhi Youth Summer Program offers three one-week environmental day camps for Hawaii Island middle and high school students. Participants will gain exposure to Hawaii’s mauka and makai regions while developing a deeper understanding of the landscape, skills used in environmental restoration, ecological monitoring, spatial awareness and data visualization.
There are three different Monday-through-Friday camps: June 16-20, July 7-11 and July 21-25. For more information or to apply, visit http://stem.uhh.hawaii.edu/Manowai, call 933-0707 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
