Born in Santa Monica, Calif., he was a teacher, inventor, entrepreneur, manufacturer of educational materials and U.S. Navy Korean War veteran. Private services a later date. Lauriana “Laurie” Bibilone, 85, of Mountain View died July 15 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Olaa, she was a retired cook for Kuhio Grille and the former Chaddy’s and Boomers Fountain, waitress at the former Plantation Kitchen in the onetime Sheraton Waiakea Village and member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Mountain View.
