William Alfred Todd “Mr. C.” Cunningham Sr., 91, of Hilo died May 21 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Hilo, he was a retired clerk at Hilo Municipal Golf Course and U.S. Army World War II veteran. Visitation 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday (May 30) at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire. Survived by wife, Lillian Cunningham of Hilo; daughter, Lolette (David Kennedy) Cunningham of Kahului, Maui; sons, Russell (Gina) Cunningham of Las Vegas, Duane (Charli Bailey) Cunningham of Kona, Ivan Cunningham of Hilo and Clayton Isa of Pepeekeo; 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; nephews, nieces and cousins. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary.

Micah Kainalu “Braddah Mike” “Hawaiian” Bautista, 27, of Keaau, died April 20 in Oxnard, Calif. Born in Hilo, he was an E-5 construction electrician in the U.S. Navy Seabees. Visitation 11-11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 9, at Hilo Yacht Club. Service at 11:30 a.m. Lunch and refreshments to follow. Casual attire; flowers welcome. Survived by parents, Franklin and April Bautista of Keaau; sister, Michelle (Laurie) Ka‘io of Waimanalo, Oahu; brother, Dayton (Shanel) Tomisato of Aiea, Oahu; aunts, uncles, three nieces and a nephew.
