Police have arrested a 38-year-old man described as “possibly armed and dangerous” in a public wanted bulletin.

Teodolfo Kaleo Pascubillo was taken into custody by officers assigned to the Hilo Special Enforcement Unit at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Ainaloa subdivision of Puna.

He was later charged with felony domestic abuse, first-degree assault and first-degree terroristic threatening in connection with two separate incidents reported in early November 2017 in the Captain Cook area of Kona.

Pascubillo is being held at the Hilo cellblock in lieu of $37,000 bail pending his initial court appearance in Hilo District Court scheduled for Friday.
