Richard Tennant Denison, 95, of Kailua-Kona died Feb. 1 at home. Born in Honolulu, he was a manager for First Hawaiian Bank, real estate broker for Gold Coast Realty, U.S. Air Force World War II and Korean War veteran, Air Force Reserves retiree, member of Kona Rotary Club, Kona Masonic Lodge, Shriners International and past member of Kai ‘Opua Canoe Club and the Salvation Army. Celebration of life 2 p.m. Saturday, March 3, at Queen Emma Community Center (Christ Church Episcopal), 81-1004 Konawaena School Road, Kealakekua. Casual attire; no flowers. Oran Ernest Freitas, 59, of Waipahu, Oahu, died Feb. 7 at Hospice of Kona’s Nakamaru Hale in Holualoa. He was born in Pahala. Private services.
