Cyclone destroys Parliament House, homes on Tonga, Fiji next

WELLINGTON, New Zealand — Tonga began cleaning up damage Tuesday from a cyclone that destroyed its Parliament House, as well as homes and churches, and was intensifying as it headed toward nearby Fiji.
