Steven “Steve” Darrell Moore, 49, of Glenwood, died Dec. 18 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Ann Arbor, Mich., he owned Steve’s Yard Service. Celebration of life at a later date. Ernesto De Vera Tuliao, 79, of Hilo died Dec. 20 in Bacnotan, La Union, Philippines. Born in Barangay Tuliao, Santa Barbara Pangasinan, Philippines, he was a retired cane truck driver for the former Hamakua Sugar Co., worked for Suisan Fish Market and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation 9-11 a.m. Monday (Jan. 8) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Prayer service at 11 a.m. Burial 1:30 p.m. at Homelani Memorial Park. Casual attire; flowers welcome.
